Vtero AI

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Accessibility is part of how we design, build, and maintain vtero.ai. This statement describes our current approach and how to report a barrier.

Our commitment

Vtero AI wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and improve the site as we identify barriers.

Measures we take

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and a skip-to-content link.
  • Visible focus states and mobile controls sized for touch.
  • Semantic headings, form labels, status messages, and descriptive alternative text.
  • Responsive layouts, readable contrast, and reduced-motion support where practical.
  • Regular checks of representative pages after design and content changes.

Known limitations

Some third-party tools, including bot protection, scheduling, maps, and embedded services, may not fully match our accessibility standards. AI-generated chat responses can also vary in structure. We continue to review these experiences and provide human support by email and phone.

Accessibility feedback

If you cannot access content or complete a task, tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and what assistive technology or browser you were using. We will provide the information in an alternative format where reasonably possible and investigate the issue.

Assessment approach

This statement is based on internal review of page structure, keyboard navigation, forms, responsive controls, and production rendering. It was last reviewed on 19 July 2026.
